FAQ

  • Students may check out a maximum of 5 books unless they have a fine or overdue books.

  • Books are checked out for a period of 15 school days.

  • Students must know their student ID number to check out. (If you have forgotten it, I can give it to you.)

How does the library work?

All students are given a five school day grace period from the due date to return books.

 

  • Students will then be charged 10¢ per day for books to a maximum of $5.00 per book.

  • Damaged books will be assessed a fine based on the extent of the damage. Students who return books that are damaged beyond repair will be responsible for the replacement cost of the book.

  • Students who lose books are responsible for the replacement cost of the book.

  • All library materials must be returned before the last day of school or the material will be marked as lost and the student will be charged for the material.

  • All fines and charges remain on the students records until resolved.

How can I pay fines?

Monday: 6:30 AM- 3:40 PM

Tuesday: 6:30 AM- 3:40 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 AM- 3:40 PM

Thursday: 6:30 AM- 3:40 PM

Friday:  6:30 AM- 3:40 PM

 

During the school day, students must have a pass from their teacher to visit the library.
